In English writing and speaking, transition words make your sentences flow smoothly — like bridges between ideas. 🌉
They help you express addition, contrast, cause, sequence, and more — naturally and clearly.

 

영어에서 트랜지션 단어(Transition Words) 는 문장과 문장을 부드럽게 이어주는 다리 같은 역할을 합니다.
의미를 연결하고 문장을 자연스럽게 만들어주지요.


✨ 1. Addition (덧붙이기)

also, besides, moreover, furthermore, in addition

📘 Examples:

  • I enjoy reading English books. In addition, I listen to English podcasts every morning.
  • The hotel is clean and comfortable. Moreover, it’s located near the subway station.
